Job Description

•Support the Financial Controller in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.

•Knowledge of Income audit, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cost control, Forecasting and Internal controls.

•Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports.

•Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances and prepare the trial balance and financial reports.

•Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports.

•Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits


Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

•At least 3 year of pertinent experience in a similar role.

•Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills to develop and motivate a strong team.

•Familiarity with Opera, Sun and PMS system and on Cloud platform.

•Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

•Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation.

•Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
