Besides the room service, and our unique French/Mediterranean hotel restaurant, you will have the opportunity to work at our astonishing Lobby Bar & Rooftop Bar!

Positions available are for FULL TIMERS only:

• Demi Chef
• Chef de Partie

We also have vacant position for Kitchen Attendant (Full Time).

What we are looking for (Chefs) ?

• Must have Australian working rights.
• Produce creative and innovative menu designs
• Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet Brand Standard guidelines and are maintained at that level
• Respond to any changes in food styles and service trends
• Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by the entire Kitchen Brigade to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines
• Cultivate a positive work environment where learning and personal development are benchmarks by which quality improvement is drive

And for the Kitchen Attendant ; 

• Having a full working right in Australia
• Actions cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery.
• General pantry duties and maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
• Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team.
• Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers.
• Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
• Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.
