Chef(fe) de projets junior - Stage (H/F/X) 6 mois

L’équipe achat préouverture L&L (Luxe & Lifestyle) recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de projets pour rejoindre les équipes Corporate basées à Paris. Rattaché à la direction des achats internationaux, l’équipe est chargée d'accompagner et de coordonner les achats FF&E/OS&E dans le cadre des projets d’ouvertures en Europe.
Rattaché au Directeur des projets L&L, vous assurez les missions suivantes :
- Participe à la faisabilité et établit les estimatifs préliminaires
- Création et mise à jour des listings produits
- Actualisation des suivis budgétaires et produits les documents de synthèse au client
- Préparation des commandes de mobiliers FF&E, OS&E et Equipements hôteliers spécifiques et assure leur suivi logistique jusqu’à la mise en place sur site.
- Suivi de l'administration de chaque projet allant du devis à l'ordre de service avec ses modifications jusqu'au suivi de la facturation.
- Réalisation et gestion des différents tableaux financiers de budget/dépenses, s’occupe du suivi des factures, des actions techniques diverses, de gestion, d'enregistrements de données, de synthèse.
- Gestion des échéances administratives et financières des contrats.
- Déclarations administratives diverses et formalités liées aux approvisionnements internationaux.
- Gestion relations fournisseurs.
- Organisation des rendez-vous de mise au point techniques et opérationnels
- Travaille en concertation avec les départements Technique et Design, Achats internationaux, Contrôle de gestion et juridique.
- Organise la clôture financière de ses projets.
Qualités requises :
- Connaissance approfondie des catégories d’équipements hôteliers
- Connaissance approfondie des concepts hôteliers luxe et lifestyle internationaux
- Connaissance des termes techniques des projets de construction et du secteur des achats hôteliers
- Capacités rédactionnelles
- Maitrise de l’anglais
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques notamment des tableurs

Formation :
Vous avez une formation Master (minimum bac +3) spécialisé dans l’hôtellerie/restauration ou dans les achats
Ou une expérience chez un « procurement agent ».

Lieu : Paris - Siège ACCOR tour Sequana. Déplacements ponctuels en France et à l’étranger (home office possible).
