CHEF DE RANG H/F
Mission:
Vous avez commandé un poste de Chef de Rang H/F dans l’un de nos hôtels ? Le voilà servi sur un plateau !
Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel Mercure Marais Poitevinà Niort un Chef de Rang H/F, en CDD puis en CDI selon évolution.
Vos futures missions :
● Vous êtes garant de la satisfaction de vos clients dans votre rang, en les accueillant et en étant attentif à leurs demandes.
● Vous coordonnez vos équipes (commis de rang, apprentis et stagiaires) en développant le potentiel de chacun de vos collaborateurs et en vous assurant que la satisfaction client soit toujours au cœur de leurs préoccupations.
● Un brin commercial, vous êtes force de proposition et savez fidéliser vos clients et les guider à travers vos différentes prestations.
● Vous participez à la gestion des pôles caisse et hygiène de votre rang : rien ne vous échappe !
En nous rejoignant comme Chef de Rang H/F, vous intégrerez une équipe de 6 collaborateurs en salle . Notre hôtel propose aux voyageurs 99 chambres, un service de restauration, 8 salles de séminaire et un spa. Cette établissement est situé au cœur de Niort dans un parc "Boizé" et dispose d'un grand parking pour nos clients mais aussi pour nos équipes.
Possibilité de vous loger dans le cadre de la période d'essai et de vous accompagner dans vos recherches de logement.
