Votre mission
Rattaché(e) au Responsable de salle, vous intégrez l’équipe du restaurant FRAME, la table emblématique de l’hôtel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, à la croisée des influences californiennes et françaises.
En tant que Chef de Rang, vous êtes un maillon essentiel du service, garant de l’expérience client sur votre rang. Vous assurez un service fluide, chaleureux et rigoureux, tout en incarnant les standards d’un établissement en pleine montée en gamme.
Vos principales missions :
Préparer votre rang : mise en place, dressage, vérification du matériel et de la propreté.
Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur repas avec professionnalisme.
Maîtriser parfaitement la carte et valoriser les suggestions du moment, accords mets & boissons.
Être force de proposition pour améliorer le parcours client et enrichir l’expérience FR/AME.
Coordonner l’activité des commis, assurer leur montée en compétence et favoriser un esprit d’équipe positif.
Adapter le rythme de service selon les périodes d’affluence, en lien avec les standards premium.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des remarques clients et participer à l’amélioration continue.
Participer activement aux différents temps forts de l’hôtel (événements, privatisations, salons…).
Renfort ponctuel possible sur les autres points de vente de restauration de l’hôtel, selon l’activité (room service, petit-déjeuner, événements privés…).
Le profil que nous recherchons
Expérience : 2 à 3 ans minimum sur un poste de Chef de Rang dans un établissement premium ou de type lifestyle.
Formation en hôtellerie-restauration.
Sens aigu du détail, du service et de l’expérience client.
Capacité à encadrer et à transmettre en douceur mais avec exigence.
Réactivité, rigueur, autonomie et excellentes capacités relationnelles.
Français courant indispensable ; anglais professionnel requis.
