Le Mercure Saint-Raphaël Centre Plage est un hôtel 4 étoiles situé en plein cœur de Saint-Raphaël, directement en bord de plage. Membre du groupe Accor, l'établissement offre un cadre privilégié avec un accès direct à la plage, des chambres vue mer et des équipements modernes.

Nous créons une nouvelle terrasse bar intimiste sur le parvis du Mercure 4 étoiles, face à la plage de Saint-Raphaël. Nous cherchons notre Chef de Rang / Barman (H/F) pour cette belle aventure !
Vous serez le pilier de ce nouvel espace : accueil chaleureux, préparation de cocktails et vins, service de qualité. Vous travaillez en autonomie la majeure partie du temps, avec un renfort pendant les heures de pointe sur la très haute saison.
Au quotidien, vous gérez : Accueil des clients et prise de commandes, préparation des cocktails, vins, bières et softs, service de terrasse (26 places), encaissement et gestion de caisse, gestion des stocks et réapprovisionnement du bar, nettoyage et mise en place, hygiène
