Job Description

Chef De Partie
We are currently looking for a talented kitchen professional to join our team. You must have a passion about cooking to a consistently high standard, the ability to work autonomously, cooking high quality meals and buffet for guests and events according to menus. Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays. Maintain and promote a high standard of hygiene in adherence to the Food Control Plan. 

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail in a high pressure environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic, the ability to multi-task and a passion for using locally sourced products.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts
  • Strong team player and leadership skills
  • Relevant qualification in cookery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail in a high pressure kitchen environment
