What does your workday look like?
As a Chef de Partie, you take full responsibility for your section in the Garde Manger, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high quality standards. Even during busy service periods, you stay organized, keep a cool head, and help create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.
You prepare your shifts independently, organize your mise en place efficiently, and ensure that all tasks are carried out in a structured, hygienic, and professional manner. You also contribute to the development of our menu by bringing in creative ideas and continuously refining existing dishes.
You lead a small team within your section, supervise Commis Chefs and apprentices, and actively support their professional and personal development. As a reliable point of contact, you foster a positive team spirit and contribute to a collaborative and motivating kitchen environment.
As an experienced chef, you are passionate about cooking, have a strong eye for quality and detail, and manage your section confidently, independently, and with a high level of responsibility.
Qualifikationen
Your personality matters more than your résumé…
You have successfully completed your professional training as a chef and have already gained experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
You enjoy taking responsibility and have initial experience leading a small team.
You are fluent in German, and English skills are an advantage.
You are eager to continuously develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and share your expertise with others.
You are passionate about modern cuisine, French influences, and creative culinary concepts.
Above all, you bring not only strong culinary skills but also personality, structure, reliability, and a genuine team spirit.
