THE ROLE

The Chef de Partie will oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef. With a strong focus on food safety and leadership, this role will receive a large amount of support while allowing you to grow your career.

The Chef de Partie plays an integral role in setting the culture of the team, leading by example and exploring new culinary techniques.

The role is open for either Part - Time or Full - Time hours. 

        Banqueting experience is preferred by not essential.
