Job Description

As our next Chef de Partie, you will… 

Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours. 
Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision. 
Are responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen. 
Are confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team.  
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards. 
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
