L’ibis Styles Paris Bercy est situé face a l'Accor Aréna de Bercy, à Paris 12ième
Au cœur d’un quartier branché de qui vit au rythme des programmations musicales et sportives de l’Accor-Arena.
’Ibis Styles Paris Bercy est une véritable bulle urbaine au design street art.
Vos missions principales :
- Réaliser les préparations chaudes et/ou froides et dresserez les plats, conformément aux fiches techniques.
- Effectuer une partie de la production en salle devant les clients selon les évènements.
- Respecter les normes et procédures d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire,
- Contribuer à la bonne gestion des matières premières,
- Respecter les engagements de la « Charte Environnement » pris sur l’établissement (économie d'énergie, recyclage, tri des déchets…).
