En effet, nous recrutons pour la saison, un(e) chef de partie investi(e) et enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre restaurant La Presqu’île et participez au bien-être de nos clients!
Vos missions:
- Fabriquer, dresser les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et veiller à leur qualité.
- Organiser le travail de sa partie de cuisine.
- Former et contrôler le travail des commis, apprentis, stagiaires.
- Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles d’hygiène.
- Expérimenté en quête d’un nouveau challenge (min. 2 ans)

- Poste basé à Quiberon (56) en Bretagne
- CDD saisonnier disponible dès maintenant et jusque fin septembre 2025
