Ce que nous cherchons :
Un Chef de Partie H/F/X pour des extras qui :
Maîtrise aussi bien les cuissons que la cadence d’un service intense,
Transforme un produit brut en émotion culinaire,
Collabore en harmonie avec une brigade soudée,
A soif d’apprendre, d’innover, et de transmettre.
Vos missions :
Gérer un poste (chaud, froid...),
Être garant·e de la qualité et de la régularité des assiettes,
Encadrer les Commis - Demi Chef de partie et les aider à progresser,
Respecter les normes d’hygiène (HACCP est votre ami).
