We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Cuisine specializing in Persian cuisine to join our culinary team. As Chef De Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, preparation, and presentation of Persian dishes in our Persian Restaurant. You will lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are met while promoting innovation and creativity in our culinary offerings.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and update menus, with a focus on authentic Persian cuisine. Create innovative and appealing dishes that showcase traditional Persian flavors while incorporating modern culinary techniques.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in accordance with health regulations.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff in addition to providing guidance and training to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, ensuring they meet our standards for taste, texture, and appearance Take proactive measures to address any issues and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Interact with customers to understand their preferences and dietary requirements. Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering memorable dining experiences through exceptional food quality and presentation.
Serve as an ambassador for Persian cuisine, educating staff and customers about the rich culinary traditions and flavors of the Persian Cuisine. Share your passion for Persian food and culture to enhance the dining experience.
Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role, with a focus on Persian cuisine. In-depth knowledge of Persian ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles is essential.
Demonstrated ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes that showcase the essence of Persian cuisine while incorporating contemporary influences.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate with colleagues, communicate expectations clearly, and provide constructive feedback.
