Chef de Cuisine Levantine (H/F)

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités et du renforcement de ses équipes, le Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech recrute un(e) Chef de Cuisine Levantine.
Missions principales
- Concevoir, élaborer et mettre en avant une carte représentative des cuisines levantines, tout en respectant les standards de qualité de l’hôtel.
- Superviser la préparation et la présentation des plats, en garantissant constance, authenticité et excellence culinaire.
- Encadrer, former et motiver l’équipe de cuisine, en développant leurs compétences techniques et leur esprit d’équipe.
- Veiller à l’application rigoureuse des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de propreté (HACCP).
- Gérer les approvisionnements, les stocks et la maîtrise des coûts.
- Participer à l’élaboration des offres spéciales, banquets et événements thématiques.
- Collaborer étroitement avec la direction F&B, le service restauration et les autres départements pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
- Suivre et analyser les performances du restaurant et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers.
- Être force de proposition pour l’innovation culinaire et l’optimisation des processus.
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en arts culinaires ou formation équivalente.
- Expérience significative comme Chef ou Sous-Chef dans un restaurant levantin ou méditerranéen reconnu, idéalement en hôtellerie internationale.
- Maîtrise approfondie des techniques, recettes et saveurs de la cuisine levantine.
- Capacité à gérer une brigade et à travailler dans un environnement exigeant.
- Solides connaissances en gestion des coûts, planification des menus et organisation de la production.
- Sens du leadership, esprit d’innovation, créativité et passion pour le métier.
- Bonnes compétences en communication, maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (toute autre langue est un atout).
