Job Description

•Reports directly to Executive Sous Chef
•Execute the function of his/her area to exceed set standards and guest satisfaction.
•Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
•Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
•Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
•Contribute to menu creation by responding and incorporating Guest feedback
•Ensure resources support the business needs through the effective management of working rotations
•Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross profit margins and other departmental and  financial targets
•Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
•Assists the Executive Sous Chef in the completion of market lists in accordance with AccorHotels quality and quantity standards. Checks perishable food items received for quantity and quality standards.


Qualifications

•College/University Diploma in Culinary 
•At least At least 2 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accor Group is an advantage.
•Good command both Thai & English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
•Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Presentable, well groomed with leadership quality.
•Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
•Good personal hygiene & Physical staying power.
