Buscamos um profissional experiente e apaixonado por culinária japonesa. Um chef que domine as técnicas tradicionais e modernas e tenha a capacidade de manter um padrão de excelência na preparação de todos os pratos. Este cargo envolve a gestão de uma pequena equipe e exige autonomia, proatividade e grande atenção aos detalhes.
Sobre a Vaga :
- Chef de Cozinha de Culinária Japonesa;
- Criação e execução de pratos de culinária japonesa;
- Gestão do estoque de alimentos, garantindo a qualidade e frescor dos ingredientes;
- Controle de custos e otimização de desperdício;
- Manutenção da limpeza e organização da cozinha, seguindo as normas de higiene e segurança alimentar;
- Treinamento e liderança de uma equipe pequena – Chef vai ter abaixo dele 02 colaboradores apenas;
- Desenvolvimento de novos pratos para o cardápio, mantendo-o atualizado com as tendências do mercado;
Requisitos e qualificações
- Experiência comprovada como chef ou sous-chef em um restaurante japonês – Importante ter um portfólio, fotos de pratos ou referências de trabalhos anteriores.
- Habilidades de liderança para gerenciar uma equipe e garantir a qualidade e a padronização dos pratos;
- Por ser uma equipe pequena, procuro um chef que tenha capacidade de lidar com múltiplas tarefas.
Desejável: Inglês Intermediário / Fluente
