Description du poste

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the hotel’s strategy
  • Handle PR Activations with influencers and media (local, national & international)
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign success
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
  • Create visual content for social media
  • Organize and assist video or photo shooting
  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Maintain the inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality
  • Guest oriented
  • Good ability to coordinate several projects at the same time
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  • Good understanding of current digital marketing concepts,
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Skills in content creative writing, advertising concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages.
  • Energetic and passionate to work
  • Innovative approach to work
