Notre support a pour mission de bien cerner le besoin ou la problématique des utilisateurs. Pour la plupart des cas, nous assurons un rôle d’escalade auprès des DSI de nos deux actionnaires ou de nos prestataires externes.
Vous aurez le rôle de point d'entrée support de tous les périmètres IT et Systèmes Adagio :
- IT et Systèmes sites : Infrastructure réseau, renouvellements hardware, WIFI, PMS et interfaces, logiciels Accor connexes au PMS (FOLS, Opera Cloud), VOIP, ….
- IT et Systèmes siège : tous les outils liés aux systèmes d’information RH, Finance, RM….., interconnexion PVCP/Accor
- Innovations Digitales Sites : migration FOLS à Opera Cloud, monétique interfacée, room directory digital
- L’objectif de notre support : la satisfaction de nos clients internes sites et siège pour leur permettre de répondre au mieux à la promesse à nos Clients qui séjournent sur nos aparthotels.
- Le traitement des demandes : réception et qualification des demandes.
- Traitement des demandes de niveau 1, ou transfert à un niveau supérieur, expertises, prestataires…
- Information de la bonne prise en compte et suivi de la demande jusqu’à la réponse au demandeur initial.
- Alimentation d’un reporting de nos demandes de support.
- Support administratif aux équipes du département sur la dominante IT/Systèmes pour la coordination des projets et déploiements en fonction des besoins.
#Amélioration Continue (Outils, Process et Méthodes)
Vous assurez la mise à jour de la documentation opérationnelle liée aux outils informatiques (process, modes opératoires, inventaires,…).

We are seeking an experienced IT & Systems Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris, France. As the IT & Systems Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to our internal customers.
- Lead and manage the IT and Systems Support team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and Systems support queries, escalating complex issues to appropriate stakeholders or external service providers
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of network infrastructure, hardware renewals, WIFI, and VOIP systems
- Manage the implementation and support of key software systems, including PMS (Property Management System) and related interfaces
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Revenue Management teams to ensure seamless integration of their respective IT tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes, tools, and documentation
- Provide regular reporting on support requests and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital innovations that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure all IT and systems support activities align with organisational goals and customer satisfaction objectives
Êtes-vous le candidat idéal ?
- Vous êtes attiré ou déjà à l’aise sur les sujets digitaux, informatiques, nos systèmes tels que FOLS, Opera Cloud et ceux de l’environnement Accor, vous souhaitez développer vos connaissances sur ces sujets ?
- Vous maitrisez Excel et les autres outils du pack office ?
- La rigueur, la polyvalence, l’agilité, et la soif d’apprendre vous animent ?
- Apprendre de nouveaux logiciels nécessaires à votre fonction ne vous fait pas peur ?
- Vous êtes très à l’aise en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et, idéalement dans une autre langue également ?
- L’usage de l’écrit avec les équipes dont vous assurez le support est important, vous assurerez également la création et la mise à jour de documentation diverse, vous avez un très bon rédactionnel ?
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience in IT and Systems Support management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware systems, and VOIP technologies
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as FOLS and Opera Cloud
- Understanding of HR information systems and finance tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a support team
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
