Au sein de l’équipe Ventes Adagio, vous reportez au responsable de la cellule de Support Commercial Sites. Celle-ci est conçue comme un service client interne ayant vocation à faciliter et fluidifier la mise en place opérationnelle des actions commerciales de nos aparthotels.
Au quotidien, vous êtes le point d’entrée des demandes de support et des besoins spécifiques de nos aparthotels. Vos clients sont des directeurs, adjoints et réceptionnistes et vous collaborez en interne avec le service commercial et les autres services siège pour répondre aux besoins.
Vos missions couvrent notamment des aspects de saisie de contrats, d’audit de disponibilité de nos offres, d’investigation et résolution de problématiques techniques et d’accompagnement sur nos process et l’utilisation des outils.
Vous pouvez être amené à former les équipes sites sur nos méthodes, techniques commerciales et les bonnes pratiques.
Vous naviguerez aisément entre différents outils : Salesforce-ANAIS, Cvent, Power BI, Opera, ResaWeb etc.
Vous travaillez en français et en anglais et avez un excellent esprit d’équipe.
- Vous avez une première expérience hôtelière ?
- Vous avez un esprit rigoureux et méthodique et un goût pour l’investigation et la résolution de problèmes ?
- Vos maîtres-mots sont « service client » et « collaboration » ?
- Vous aimez partager avec les autres & transmettre les bonnes pratiques ?
