About Orient Express Venezia 

Orient Express will open its second hotel in Italy at the exceptional in Venice. Architect and interior designer Aline Amar d’Amman, alongside her studio Culture in Architecture, has been entrusted to design and decorate the space. 

Venice, once the gateway to Constantinople and a mythical stop on the legendary Orient Express train – that opened its doors in 1919 with the completion of the Simplon tunnel linking Switzerland to Italy – will be the home of the second Orient Express hotel, set to open in 2026. 


Descrizione del lavoro

Il capo partita pasticceria è responsabile della gestione di una sezione specifica della cucina, come la preparazione e la cottura dei dolci. Le sue principali mansioni includono:

Controllo della qualità degli ingredienti: Assicurarsi che tutti gli ingredienti siano freschi e di alta qualità. 

Gestione del team: Supervisione e coordinamento del personale della partita. 

Creazione di ricette: Modifica e sviluppo di nuove ricette per soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. 

Mantenimento della pulizia: Garantire che gli spazi di lavoro siano sempre puliti e ordinati. 

Cooperazione con altri ruoli: Collaborare con il chef de cuisine e altri membri della brigata per garantire la qualità e l'efficienza del servizio. 

Inoltre, è importante avere competenze tecniche specifiche, come la conoscenza delle tecniche di dolciatura e la 

capacità di lavorare con ingredienti freschi e stagionali


Qualifiche

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza culinaria nel settore hospitality in ristoranti di alto livello o hotel di lusso, nello stesso ruolo.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale per garantire un allineamento costante ed efficace tra il personale di cucina e gli altri reparti dell’hotel.
  • Spiccata attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative.
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di leadership per la gestione del proprio team.
  • Creatività, con capacità di ideare nuovi piatti in grado di fidelizzare la clientela.
  • Flessibilità, adattabilità e forte predisposizione al lavoro sotto pressione, garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze e degli standard qualitativi.
  • Attitudine al problem solving.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo efficiente in un ambiente dinamico e ad alto ritmo.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana; la conoscenza dell’inglese costituisce un plus.
  • Conoscenza delle politiche e delle procedure in materia di Salute & Sicurezza e HACCP.
  • Familiarità con le procedure di sicurezza della struttura, primo soccorso, antincendio ed emergenza; utilizzo sicuro e consapevole delle attrezzature.
  • Diritto legale a lavorare in Italia.
