Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort VIP guests upon arrival and departure.

  • Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences in-room or in the lounge.

  • Unpack and pack guest luggage, handle laundry and pressing services as requested.

  • Arrange dining, spa, transportation, and other guest services according to preference.

  • Maintain an up-to-date guest profile, preferences, and special requests.

  • Liaise with all departments (Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge) to ensure flawless service.

  • Set up amenities, welcome drinks, and personalized touches in guest rooms or suites.

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the Butler pantry and working areas.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information at all times.

  • Anticipate guest needs to deliver a tailored and exclusive experience.

  • Ensure smooth communication during guest’s stay, pre-arrival, and post-departure.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a 4 - 5 star luxury hotel or resort.

  • Strong command of English.

  • Excellent grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of Butler service standards (e.g., Forbes, LQA) preferred.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional demeanor with a natural passion for hospitality and service.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
