Job Description

The Business Services Manager, People & Culture is responsible for managing the full service cycle for the delivery of HR and business services to hotels and corporate offices. This role ensures the commercial and operational excellence of service agreements, including economic modelling, billing facilitation, services management and compliance with contractual terms. The Business Services Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless and sustainable service delivery aligned to the needs of hotels, owners and the broader Accor business.


Qualifications

  • Strong financial and digital skills, with proven commercial acumen.
  • Experience in business services management, shared services, or similar roles in hospitality/professional services (franchise/management company experience desirable).
  • Skilled in economic modelling, billing cycles, payment processes, and service agreement management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of clarifying complex issues, building consensus, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
