Job Description

  • Accountable for the corporate portfolio of accounts with focus on generating room nights from both FIT & Group segment.
  • Manage existing portfolio of corporate accounts and develop future volume accounts with ongoing proactive research.
  • Achieve KPIs as referred to in separate KPI document.
  • Coordination and hosting of elevated familiarizations and site inspections capturing our French flair and spirit of hospitality.
  • Proactively organize and leading sales calls, including interstate sales travel.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Accounts.
  • Work closely with AccorHotels / Sofitel’s Regional/Corporate Network to assist with winning new business. Have a complete understanding of AccorHotels / Sofitel’s sales vision, its products, services, and rate structure to fulfil business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales environment (Hospitality experience preferred).
  • Self-motivated.
  • Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
  • Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
  • Organises time and work efficiently.
  • Appreciates and maintains an effective outlet for stress.
  • Effective numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works under pressure without negative impact.
