  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular, detailed reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the organization's interests within the region

  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile and diverse clients across various industries
  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to secure high-value contracts and partnerships
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends, assess business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanor and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and executing customized business initiatives tailored to organizational goals and client needs
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales pipeline management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Willingness to travel within India and the region as required to meet with clients and represent the organization at industry events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business intelligence or analytics tools is preferred
