Role Overview:

Join the distinguished team at DELANO Dubai as a Breakfast Manager, where you will oversee the daily operations of our breakfast service, ensuring that our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will manage a team of culinary and service professionals, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food offerings, and an atmosphere that reflects the luxury and sophistication of DELANO Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Breakfast Service: Manage all aspects of the breakfast service, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of breakfast stations while maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality.

• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast service team to provide excellent customer service. Ensure the team delivers prompt, courteous, and efficient service that exceeds guest expectations.

• Guest Engagement: Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention. Respond to guest feedback, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Menu Knowledge: Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about the breakfast menu, including special dietary options, and provide assistance to guests when needed. Work with the kitchen team to ensure that food quality and presentation align with DELANO Dubai’s standards.

• Operational Efficiency: Maintain smooth operations throughout breakfast service, ensuring that all stations are fully stocked, prepared, and ready for service. Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing as needed to maintain efficiency during busy periods.

• Inventory & Ordering: Oversee inventory management for breakfast supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Work with the culinary team to place orders for food and beverage items as necessary and ensure the availability of quality ingredients.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety within the breakfast area. Ensure that the dining area is set up to meet the expectations of DELANO Dubai, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal.

• Reporting & Documentation: Track and report on key performance metrics, including guest satisfaction, inventory usage, staffing levels, and operational efficiency. Provide feedback to senior management on areas for improvement or opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with the culinary and housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth breakfast experience for guests. Work closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure that the atmosphere and service meet the luxury standards of DELANO Dubai.

• Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends in breakfast dining, including menu innovations, health-conscious options, and industry best practices to continually improve the service offerings.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
