Join Our Food and Beverage Team as a Breakfast Attendant

Are you an early riser who loves creating warm and memorable mornings for guests? We are looking for friendly and motivated Breakfast Attendants to join our Food and Beverage team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery. If you enjoy great food, premium service, delicious coffee and setting the tone for a brilliant start to the day, this role is for you.

What you will be doing

• Provide warm and attentive service that reflects our five star standard
• Welcome guests, guide them to their tables and create a relaxed and inviting start to their morning
• Support our barista and kitchen teams by delivering high quality coffee, buffet items and à la carte breakfast dishes
• Keep the buffet presentation fresh, clean and visually appealing throughout service
• Engage with guests in meaningful ways. Learn names, remember preferences and personalise each interaction
• Work with the team to create smooth and efficient service during peak periods
• Support setup and pack down of the breakfast area including maintaining excellent hygiene standards
• Offer thoughtful suggestions and upsell items that enhance the guest experience
• Be empowered to go above and beyond to surprise and delight our guests with genuine and thoughtful gestures

Hourly Pay rates:

• Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm)
• Saturday: $32.31
• Sunday: $38.78
• Public Holidays: $58.16

What we are looking for

• A current RSA Certificate
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Availability to work early morning shifts with starts as early as 5:30am, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
• A team player who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
• Great attention to detail and pride in high standards of presentation and service
• Reliability and consistency so that guests enjoy the same high quality experience every morning
