Job Description

Your Mission

As Brand Communications Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the communication strategy across internal and external audiences. You will ensure message consistency and brand visibility while strengthening engagement with key stakeholders: employees, hotel owners, media, and partners

 

Key Responsibilities

External Communication

  • Support the development and execution of the communications strategy across various stakeholder groups (B2B, B2C, B2O)
  • Develop content for HUB teams to distribute (press releases, media kits, trend reports, etc.) and support regional roll out.
  • Build and regularly update brand communications documents (brand press kits, brand messaging guide, boilerplate, notable addresses, etc)
  • Support the conception, organization and implementation of various projects and events
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting briefing materials for executive profiling
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of PR and communication initiatives

 

Development Communication

  • Support regional communication activity around new hotel openings and brand growth
  • Collaborate with development and operational teams to showcase brand achievements and key differentiators.

 

Internal Communication

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of an engaging internal communication strategy to unite and inspire teams.
  • Create and distribute compelling content (presentations, videos, internal platforms, newsletters) that showcases brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with T&C and Operations teams to reinforce brand identity and values across hotels.
  • Organize and manage internal brand-focused events (webinars, conferences, roadshows) to strengthen engagement.

Qualifications

Masters degree in management/marketing, Communication

+5 years in Communication, Marketing Agency experience would be a plus

Strategic oriented and analytical mind

Excellent communications skills (writing and speaking)

Ability to work transversally

Ability to influence

Project Management

Fluency in both English and French is essential
