The Hoxton take on Europe! We’re popping up in some of our favourite cities and last year we have opened our first hotel in Germany in the city of culture and creativity, Berlin. We are looking for Brand Intern to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully bringing our brand to the market.
Our first Hoxton in Germany is home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant and bar, coffee bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.
Reporting to our Brand Manager, you’ll get to be part of team introducing the community to our newest ‘Open House’ through a brilliant events program and other brand activations.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
What you’ll do…
- You'll be working closely with the Brand + PR manager on everything that is related to The Hoxton brand!
- From helping organize events in our gorgeous spaces, to liaising with press and influencers, helping to grow our local social media channels, executing photo and video shoots and much more.
- Being more specific you will help with…:
- Events: Invites, reaching out to press, taking photos and videos at events, hosting.
- Social media: posting on our channel, creating a social media monthly report, editing videos for Reels, commenting, and liking, community management via our inbox.
- Design: Helping populate menus via templates, signage for hotel via Canva.
- Influencer marketing: Answering influencer requests both on DM and email and keeping track of all rooms and F+B invites- tracking coverage, updating spreadsheet, sending PR overview to Global PR team once a month.
What we’re looking for..
- If you're proactive, think outside the box and love a spreadsheet to keep organised- this role might be for you!
- You are fluent in both German and English
- You are a student studying PR, communications, media or marketing – this is amazing!
- Indesign, Canva and Later experience - all a big plus!
- This role requires a good balance of creativity, strategy and organisation- if that's you, then we look forward to your application!
- You are creatively ambitions and culturally curious; able to see ideas through from inception to reality.
- Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
- Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
