Job Description

Your Mission
As the Brand Creative Manager, you will assist the Brand Creative Director for the strategic creative direction and visual identity development across multiple brands.

 

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development:

  • Assist in creating and executing innovative creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
  • Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable creative deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Creative Director to ensure that the brand's identity is reflected consistently in all creative assets.

Brand Identity and Consistency:

  • Maintain and implement the brand’s visual and tonal consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, social media, digital platforms, and in-hotel elements.
  • Oversee the creation of brand assets such as logos, photography, illustrations, videos, and any other visual elements that support brand positioning.
  • Ensure that the brand’s values, mission, and personality are communicated effectively through creative materials.

Campaign Execution:

  • Lead the development of creative content for marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, in-room materials, etc.).
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver timely, high-quality creative materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Support the Brand Creative Director in the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in management/marketing
  • + 5 years in Marketing, preferably Brand
  • Agency experience would be a plus
  • A creative mind and a knack for disruption
  • Flair for coordinating in a matrix-shaped, international environment
  • Keen understanding of creative strategies, and of design and visual issues
