The Day-To-Day!

In this role, you will be part of our Billings Team driving the collection of membership club fees and creating solutions that enable Members to maximize the benefits of their membership.

No two days are the same… the role offers variety across several tasks from completing upgradesreceipting payments, refunding overpayments through to conducting quarterly collection and Annual Club Fee Invoice runs and much more.

What You Will Be Doing!

  • Managing a large number of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements.
  • Assisting with quarterly Collection runs and Annual Invoice runs.
  • Investigating and resolving, billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Receipting payments, processing refunds and ensuring accurate record management is maintained at all times.
  • Drive the collection of club fees from Members, ensuring collections are made within specified timeframes and meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Skills & Experience Include:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm to develop new skills.
  • 1-2 years’ previous experience in collections or financial services, is highly desirable!
  • Availability to work rostered hours Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, show initiative, and efficiently manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
