Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist with driveway management and ensure smooth vehicle flow.
  • Help arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car/taxi doors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and baggage room.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of guest baggage.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to guests as needed.
  • Remember guest names, especially repeat and long-staying guests, and offer a personalized greeting.
  • Use the Duty Log to record important matters and ensure all job tasks are logged appropriately.
  • Prepare and deliver newspapers to guest rooms as assigned.
  • Stay alert and report any suspicious individuals or items to Security or the Duty Manager.
  • Must be able to drive a shuttle bus with manual transmission.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to drive a shuttle bus with manual transmission.
  • Good command of both Thai and English communication skills.
  • Friendly, service-minded, and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to lift or carry guest luggage as needed.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office is an advantage.
