Bartenders

We are currently looking for a Bartender to come help our Bar team shake things up in our stunning and vibrant roof top bar, HISO & funky lobby bar MIXO!

Responsibilities would include (but would not be limited to):

• Primary running of the bar area service, taking food and drink orders and making drinks upon request
• Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Be confident in making recommendations and answering guests questions.
• You will have a strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, specifically of local New Zealand wine and beer.
• Maintaining a well presented, well stocked and tidy bar area.
• Be part of the guest experience providing amazing customer service. 

The Role & Person

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience with your amazing beverage skills
• Ensuring smooth operations of service with compliance to health & safety standards
• Always looking to enhance the guests' experience
• Creativity and flare with a passion for all things beverages
• Minimum at least 1 years experience making quality cocktails
• Legal working rights in New Zealand
