Bartender

• Welcoming hotel guests in bar area with professional, friendly, and engaging service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assess hotel guests needs, preferences, and able to make a beverages recommendations in a helpful way.
• Excellent knowledge of beverages.
• To prepare hot & cold, alcohol & non alcohol beverages for bar and restaurants.
• Follow service standards, procedures, policies of outlets, all safety and sanitation when handling beverages service.

• College diploma or Equivalent qualifications.
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Past experience of working in the Maldives will be an advantage.
• Previous experience as Bartender with an excellent knowledge of beverage products preferred.
