As our new Bartender you will: 

Provide consistently memorable service to all our guests.

Show a curiosity and passion for mixology, flavours, and ingredients.

Bring your sparkling, upbeat personality to our fantastic bar, building quick rapport with our diverse clientele.

Take responsibility for maintaining efficient operation and high quality service for the St James Bar and is important to maintain product knowledge of all drinks, snack and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers.
• Relevant work experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge environment is required, including vast work experience as a bartender.
• Must have a strong product knowledge in spirits, beers and cocktails.

• You must be legally entitled to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this position)

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or over.
