About you:

Brew Magic with us! We’re looking for an experienced barista to craft both exceptional coffee and unforgettable guests experiences served with a warm smile and a genuine, welcoming attitude.

You have the ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings and on weekends and hold a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

What you will be doing:

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Upsell food and beverage items to maximise sales.
• Accurately take and deliver orders using the Infrasys system.
• Assist guests with menu choices, including dietary needs and beverage recommendations.
• Communicate special requests with the kitchen.
• Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support a safe workplace by following OHS practices.
