Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and serving exceptional coffee, tea, and beverages
- Take orders & process payments while providing friendly, heartfelt service
- Showcase your organization skills and attention to detail
- Ensure teammates and all guests feel a sense of belonging
- Create high-quality, delicious, artistic coffee creations
- Embrace a varied role by assisting across all Food & Beverage outlets, from crafting great coffee to providing outstanding floor service
- Recommend food and beverage options with confidence
- Go above and beyond to make every guest feels welcome
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
- Understanding of coffee equipment, grinder settings, and daily machine setup/cleaning
- Willingness to work across different areas of Food & Beverage and support the team as required
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- RSA (required) & Barista certification (highly regarded)
- A commitment to providing hospitality from the heart
