We’re looking for a Barback to support the Lotti’s bar team.
Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant. The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. During the day, Lotti's is a place to meet, relax or work, and from Friday to Sunday the bar plays host to local DJ talent.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

Job Description
What you’ll do…
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
- Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.
- Make sure the bar is set up and ready for service.
- Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Restaurant & Bar Manager with any requests.
