Purpose
As a Bar Team Leader, your goal is to create a continuous flow of enjoyable moments, just like the balanced mix of ingredients in your drinks. With your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit you will guide a cohesive team and play a vital role in making each moment a success.
Casual loading on all hourly rates! Base rate of $26.70. With Loadings: Monday - Friday $33.38ph, Saturday $40.05ph, Sunday $46.73ph and Public Holidays $66.75ph!
Primary Responsibilities

Skills and Experience
- Past experience as a Bar Attendant & confident in creating a variety of drinks
- Adaptable within diverse beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
- Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
- Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
