Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
As Bar Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations while maintaining the exceptional service standards our resort guests expect. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Manage bar and beverage service across all resort outlets, including beach and pool areas, ensuring smooth operations and consistent quality standards throughout service hours.
- Coach and develop bar staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and maintains high performance standards.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by personally addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and genuine hospitality, turning every interaction into a memorable moment.
- Uphold all HACCP food safety protocols, allergen management procedures, and alcohol service regulations to protect our guests and maintain our resort's reputation.
- Oversee beverage selection, preparation standards, and inventory management to ensure every drink meets our resort's quality expectations.
- Address operational challenges and guest concerns with diplomacy and sound judgment, maintaining a positive atmosphere for both staff and guests.
- Track bar performance, manage costs, and implement improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position in 5 stars hotels or resorts.
Posses a great deal of positive attitude with commitment in guest experience & satisfaction.
Good knowledge in HACCP (Food Safety), Alcohol Law and other safety regulations.
High understanding about beverage quality, bar operations and beach/pool outlet management.
Good interpersonal skill, , leadership, coaching and ability to resolve conflict.
