Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, located on Bunker Road, Naturaliste, is currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to support our Food and Beverage team. 


Job Description

This role supports the Food and Beverage team through ensuring efficient operation and high quality service of the Hotel's Bar Outlets. 

The duties include:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction through the provision of professional drinks service (bar and table). 
  • Supervise and support team to ensure a high standard of guest service
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation. 
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth and seamless guest dinner service
  • Maintain product knowledge and use initiative to improve bar service and operations through exceptional communication with the Food and Beverage team

Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of cocktails and beverages not always found on the menu
  • Willingness to learn, take instruction and have fabulous initiative
  • Demonstrate HEARTIST service
  • Must hold Current Valid Australian Working Rights
  • Hold RSA Certification

Additional Information

The Salary range on offer for this role is $63,000 to $70,000. This role is open from 5th December and will close Friday 5th January.
