We are currently look for Food & Beverage Superstars to join our Bar Team at our stunning Roof-top Bar, HI-SO! Specifically we are looking for:

• Bar Supervisor
• Bartenders
• Bar Attendants
• Barback 

Responsibilities would include (but would not be limited to):

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience with your amazing beverage skills
• Ensuring smooth operations of service with compliance to health & safety standards
• Always looking to enhance the guests' experience
• Serving beverages and food in a high paced environment whilst making decisions on your feet
• Ensure that quality and consistency of all beverages being served
• To be creative, constantly looking for new ways to WOW our guests
• Ensure proper service standards are always followed
• Good overall beverage knowledge, always looking for ways to upsell
• Adhere to local regulations in terms of responsible service of alcohol

We are looking for people who have:

• Previous experience in similar roles i.e, Restaurant Waiter, Bar Floor Staff etc
• Previous experience within a high paced/luxury environment is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of beverages and bar service
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• A willingness to work weekends and public holidays over a rotating roster
• The right to live and work in New Zealand (required)
