• Analyze competitors and monitor purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage event setup, ambiance, and service quality.
• Supervise, train, and motivate Bar team to meet service and performance standards.
• Monitor Bar budget, payroll, and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with beverage control and audit standards (LQA, etc.).
• Maintain strong guest relations and handle feedback or complaints promptly.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and Bar team development.
• Promote open communication, fairness, and continuous improvement.
• Support floor operations during peak periods.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
• Experience in creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Creativity in beverage menu development and promotions.
• Proven track record in team management, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in English and Georgian languages.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, outgoing personality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
