Bar Manager

Luxury & Lifestyle

Company Description

We’re looking for a Bar Manager with energy, personality and charm to lead our team at Enoteca.

Enoteca, like the name suggests, is a beautiful inviting wine bar with walls of enticing bottles, a comfortable bar to take a seat at solo or with a friend, and tables and chairs around the room to settle into for a night of drinking.

Our Guests are invited to use the space for a drink before dinner, or a place to end their evening with a nightcap, and locals will be attracted for the vibrant energy and entertainment on weekends with DJs briefed to keep the guests dancing until late.

The wine itself is the centrepiece and the offering is a celebration and showcase of progressive, low intervention wine makers from across the globe - with particular focus on Europe. A broad selection will be available each night by the glass – selected by you and your team based on what’s tasting good, the weather and mood.

Reporting to our Director of F&B you will be responsible for this amazing wine bar, ensuring that our guests relax and have fun whilst trying new wines within the ambience of the hotel.

Additional Information

More about us…

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.

Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities. Our ambition is to provide meaningful employment, a warm and welcoming culture, excellent working conditions and to promote the development of all people, including those with disabilities.
When applying, do not hesitate to let us know of any specific needs you may have so that we can take them into consideration.
