How does your working day look like …

• Be in charge of the restaurant reservations, managing the booking system efficiently
• Always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time
• Offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
• You'll heed any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up, addressing concerns promptly
• Promote the F&B offer, upselling when appropriate
• Prepare the bookings and special needs as required, ensuring all guest preferences are noted
• Clean and tidy the outlet and preparation areas after closing
• Organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage options
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper accounting procedures
• Assist in training new team members on hospitality standards and procedures
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and upcoming events

Your experience and skills include:

• You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel business.
• You've have experience in working a nightlife venue
• You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
• You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
