Republic Tavern at Mantra Melbourne Epping is a fully functioning microbrewery, home to Beer Republic Brewery crafting fresh and crisp beer onsite. The venue features 20 taps, with 10 of those being our own beers and 10 other taps occupied by local and independent craft breweries and a range of in-house cocktails and spirits produced through our Twist Distillery.
Our vision is aiming to create a craft beer and distilling community here in Epping with quality produce and a range of great entertainment for our customers. While we are a brewpub, we are a modern incarnation and also feature a quality gastropub food offering, carefully chosen wine list and cleverly curated cocktail menu.
We host a variety of functions throughout the venue as well as our own product events, beer festivals, live music and trivia!
Purpose
As a Bar Attendant, your goal is to create a continuous flow of enjoyable moments, just like the balanced mix of ingredients in your drinks. Your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit will play a vital role in making each moment a success.
The Role
- Casual loading on all hourly rates! Base rate of $25.85. With Loadings: Monday - Friday $32.31ph, Saturday $38.78ph, Sunday $45.24ph and Public Holidays $64.63ph!

Primary Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story

Skills and Experience
- Past experience as a Bar Attendant & confidant in creating a variety of drinks
- Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
- Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
