The Bar Attendant plays an important role in delivering excellent beverage service in the All Day Dining restaurant. This role focuses on preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, fresh juices, mocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages, along with basic alcoholic drinks when required. The Bar Attendant ensures consistency in quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar. Supporting restaurant operations during busy meal periods, they also uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety. With a warm and professional approach, the Bar Attendant helps create memorable dining experiences and contributes to the overall success of the restaurant.

1. Education: A diploma in hospitality, food and beverage, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Barista, or in a similar role within a restaurant, café, or hotel setting is an advantage. Experience in luxury hotels or international chains is a plus.
3. Beverage Knowledge: Good knowledge of coffee preparation, juices, mocktails, and basic cocktails, with the ability to prepare and serve beverages consistently to standard.
4. Guest Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and guest service skills, with a warm and professional approach to enhance the dining experience.
5. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
6. Time Management: Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders and ensure timely service during peak meal periods.
7. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order-taking, beverage preparation, and presentation in line with hotel standards.
8. Health and Safety: Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safe food and beverage handling practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
