  • Pay Rate Range: $30.80 USD Gross per hour and 1% biweekly service payout

Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Banquets, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:          

  • Working knowledge of, and hands-on involvement with, coordinating and servicing events, on and off property, including set up, bar service, food service and closing
  • Maintains close contact with client representative(s), guests and Heartists 
  • Clearly communicates with Rooms, Culinary, Stewarding and other departments both verbally and in writing
  • Owns and follows up on requests from clients and Heartists 
  • Assists Banquets leadership with day to day tasks and projects


  • Two years Banquets experience as F&B Supervisor, shift lead, full-service banquet manager or full-service assistant banquet manager within a luxury property
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work long hours, day and night, including weekends and holidays
  • Looks at the big picture and adjusts the small details
