Job Description
Reporting to the Banquet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Guest expectations
- Prepare beverages and satellite bars
- Interaction with guests
- Compliance with liquor laws
- Accountability
- Control bar costs
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar
- Control cost and waste in the work area
- Close out paperwork- consumption reports
- Handle cash transactions
Rate of Pay: $21.50
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ability to lift, carry and transport relatively heavy equipment.
- Has a friendly, positive attitude.
- Good communicational skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Pro-active.
- Must have experience tending bar
- Successful completion of bar tending position training position
