Lo que hará:
- Garantizar que todos los estandares en la preparación de los alimentos sea la correcta asi como los menús se ejecuten adecuadamente.
- Tener una comunicacion efectiva en la cocina y entre departamentos que prospere con los comentarios de los huéspedes
Su experiencia y habilidades incluyen:
- Conocimientos básico de cocina
- Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido
- Trabajar de forma cohesiva y colectiva como parte de un equipo.
